Terms of use
These terms govern use of Stipend and its self-custodial EVM payment-control software on Robinhood Chain.
Your authority and responsibility
You may use Stipend only with wallets, 0x addresses, assets, agents, and merchant endpoints you are authorized to control. Review every wallet request before signing. You are responsible for funding agent gas, verifying recipients, protecting local credentials, and recovering funds from your vault.
Self-custodial software
Stipend does not receive your operator private key or agent private key, take custody of vault assets, exchange assets, provide investment advice, or guarantee that a recipient provides goods or services. A policy decision is not proof of settlement; only verified onchain evidence confirms a transaction.
Blockchain and contract risk
Blockchain transactions can be irreversible. Smart contracts, wallets, tokens, bridges, RPC providers, sequencers, and merchant services may fail or be exploited. USDG can lose value or availability. Use only amounts you can afford to lose and independently review the AllowanceVault contract before funding it.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service for unlawful activity, sanctions evasion, fraud, unauthorized access, impersonation, service disruption, or attempts to bypass another operator’s controls. We may restrict hosted access to protect the service, operators, or the public.
Availability and changes
The hosted service is provided as available. Networks, supported assets, limits, and features may change. Owner-controlled vault lifecycle actions remain available through the deployed contract even when the hosted interface is unavailable.
Risk allocation
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Stipend is provided without warranties and is not liable for losses arising from blockchain activity, contracts, wallets, tokens, recipients, third-party services, interrupted access, or compromised credentials. These terms do not limit rights that cannot legally be limited.
