What to include

Include your browser and wallet name, CLI version, control ID, approximate time, public transaction hash when relevant, and the exact error message. Never send a seed phrase, private key, session-key file, pairing code, cookie, or bearer token.

Response expectation

We aim to acknowledge complete requests within two business days. Send sensitive vulnerability reports by direct message and ask for a private disclosure channel before sharing technical details.

Self-service recovery

Run stipend doctor to check the local connection. The owner wallet can pause, revoke, rotate the agent, and recover remaining USDG from the dashboard. A revoked vault cannot be reactivated.
