Privacy notice
This notice covers the hosted Stipend service and its Robinhood Chain mainnet control plane.
Data we process
Stipend stores the public EVM wallet address used to sign in; controls, recipient wallet addresses, pairing and connection records; payment-attempt decisions; public vault and transaction identifiers; and operational request identifiers. Privy processes wallet authentication and provides Stipend with a signed identity token and linked public wallet information. Private wallet keys and agent session private keys are not sent to Stipend.
Why we process it
We use this information to authenticate operators, enforce and observe controls, reconcile public-chain evidence, prevent abuse, troubleshoot failures, and secure the service. Source IP information may be processed transiently for rate limiting and edge security.
Cookies and local files
The browser receives an HTTP-only session cookie. A connected workspace stores a scoped connection token and locally generated agent key under .stipend. Those local files are controlled by the person running the CLI and should be treated as secrets.
Retention and disclosure
Expired sessions are removed during normal service maintenance. Controls, decisions, and chain evidence are retained while the service operates so operators can inspect activity and incidents. We do not sell personal information. Privy and infrastructure providers may process limited data to authenticate, host, secure, and back up the service. Public wallet addresses and transactions are also visible independently on the blockchain.
Your choices
You can disconnect a workspace locally at any time. To request an export or deletion of hosted data, use the contact channel published on the support page and include the operator wallet address. We may require a fresh wallet signature before acting on the request. Blockchain records cannot be deleted by Stipend.
